Sky Sports Unveils 2026 F1 Commentary Roster; Patrick Notably Missing from Revamped Lineup
Sky Sports has officially announced its broadcasting team for the upcoming 2026 Formula 1 season, with David Croft continuing as lead commentator alongside an established group of presenters and analysts. The announcement has drawn attention from viewers following the departure of former motorsport competitor Danica Patrick from the network's coverage.

The British broadcasting giant Sky Sports has revealed the complete roster that will guide Formula 1 fans through the 2026 season, solidifying its commentary team with a mix of veteran broadcasters and seasoned racing professionals.
David Croft will retain his position as the primary voice of the network's F1 coverage, complemented by Simon Lazenby, Natalie Pinkham, Ted Kravitz, Rachel Brookes, and Craig Slater serving in presenting and reporting capacities.
Providing expert analysis from the paddock and commentary box will be a distinguished panel featuring Martin Brundle, Jenson Button, Nico Rosberg, Jacques Villeneuve, and Naomi, rounding out a comprehensive broadcast team designed to deliver comprehensive coverage throughout the season.
The confirmation of this lineup has not gone unnoticed by the fanbase, particularly regarding one notable absence: Danica Patrick, the former NASCAR and IndyCar racing driver, will no longer be part of Sky Sports' F1 broadcasting operation for 2026.
