Following a challenging outing at the Chinese Grand Prix, Red Bull is focused on a recovery mission with the Japanese Grand Prix on the horizon. Team principal Laurent Mekies has identified "significant shortcomings" from the recent weekend and is optimistic the squad can make meaningful progress in the coming days.

The Milton Keynes outfit will need to conduct a thorough analysis of their performance struggles in China and translate those findings into tangible improvements for the Suzuka circuit. With the Japanese Grand Prix representing the next opportunity to demonstrate progress, Mekies and his team have their work cut out to regain momentum this season.
