PU Supply Perimeter and Maximum Supply Price

In Simple Terms
F1 teams can buy Power Unit components from suppliers at a set maximum price for the standard package listed in the rules. If they want additional parts or services beyond this standard package, they have to pay extra charges that are fair and similar to what other teams pay.
- Teams are guaranteed a standard Power Unit supply package at a capped maximum price
- The exact components included in this package are defined in Appendix C4 marked as 'INC'
- Any extras beyond the standard package must be charged at fair market rates
- Pricing for additional items must be consistent with what other competing teams are charged
