In Simple Terms
If there's a disagreement between two different versions of official F1 documents (one created manually and one downloaded electronically), the FIA will decide which version is correct on a case-by-case basis. This ensures the right rulebook is used for any decisions.
- Conflicts between manually created and electronically downloaded official documents are resolved by FIA judgment
- Each situation is evaluated individually rather than having one blanket rule
- The FIA determines which document version takes precedence to maintain regulatory clarity

Should an inconsistency arise between a manually generated volume and a downloaded volume, the FIA will adjudicate on a case-by-case basis which volume will be applicable.
