Official Meetings - Additional Meeting

In Simple Terms

The Race Director can call an extra meeting up to 3 hours before the race starts if they think it's necessary. Teams must be told about this meeting at least 5 hours in advance, and all drivers and team managers are required to attend.

• Race Director has authority to schedule additional meetings before the race
• Meeting can be called no later than 3 hours before race start
• Competitors must receive notification at least 5 hours before the race
• Mandatory attendance for all drivers and team managers
