In Simple Terms
When a race or session is paused (suspended), teams are allowed to work on their cars in the designated Fast Lane pit area, but they can only make specific repairs or adjustments that are permitted by the rules. Once officials know when the session will restart, they'll announce the resumption time to all teams through the official messaging system.
- Car work is permitted during suspension but only in the Fast Lane area
- Only specified items can be worked on - not all repairs are allowed
- All teams receive official notification of resumption time via OMS (Official Messaging System)
- Restrictions on work prevent teams from gaining unfair advantages during the pause

Whilst the TTCS is suspended, cars may be worked on in the Fast Lane but work is restricted to specified items. As soon as a resumption time is known all Competitors will be informed using the OMS.
