Three Minute Signal Personnel Limit

In Simple Terms
When the three-minute warning signal is given before the race start, each team can only have a maximum of 16 people on the grid. This limit ensures the grid doesn't become overcrowded and maintains safety and organization during the final moments before the race begins.
- Maximum of 16 team personnel allowed per team on the grid when the 3-minute signal is shown
- This rule applies to all competitors equally
- The restriction helps maintain grid safety and organization in the critical pre-race period
- Any excess personnel must leave the grid before the signal is given
