In Simple Terms
Teams cannot change any part of their car's suspension system while the car is moving on track. All suspension adjustments must only happen when the car is stationary in the pit lane or garage.
- Suspension adjustments are strictly forbidden while the car is in motion
- Teams must wait until the car is completely stopped to make any suspension changes
- This rule applies to all suspension components and systems
- Adjustments can only legally occur in the pit lane or garage
