In Simple Terms
Teams are not allowed to use liquid cooling systems to cool their brake components. This means brakes must rely on air cooling or other approved methods to dissipate heat during races.
- Liquid cooling systems cannot be used on any brake components
- Teams must use air cooling or naturally approved cooling methods instead
- This regulation applies to all brake cooling throughout the car
- The rule prevents teams from gaining unfair performance advantages through advanced cooling technology
