In Simple Terms
Each F1 team is fully responsible for setting up and running their onboard steering control (OSC) or steering control without telemetry (OSCNT) system. If a team experiences any problems with these systems, they must immediately report the issue to the FIA and share that information with all other teams through an official server.
- Teams have complete responsibility for OSC/OSCNT installation and operation
- Teams must report any functionality issues to the FIA immediately
- Safety issues must be communicated to all F1 teams via server
- The FIA and competitor teams must be kept informed of system problems

Complete responsibility for installation and operation of OSC or OSCNT resides with using F1 Team. Team encountering functionality or safety issues obliged to provide information to FIA and all F1 Teams via server.
