SSPUC Information Transfer Prohibition

In Simple Terms
Power unit manufacturers are not allowed to share technical information, data, or performance secrets about their hybrid power systems (SSPUC) with other manufacturers, and they can't receive such information from competitors. This rule keeps engine development competitive and prevents teams from gaining unfair advantages through shared technology.
- Engine manufacturers cannot share technical data or performance methods related to their hybrid power systems
- The prohibition works both ways - manufacturers can't give OR receive SSPUC information from competitors
- This rule applies to all types of information including know-how and performance enhancement methodologies
- The restriction maintains competitive balance in the engine development arms race
