In Simple Terms
Power Unit manufacturers can supply their DSPUC (Disabled Secondary Power Unit Component) to other teams, but only if they follow all the rules and treat everyone fairly by offering the same components on equal terms to all manufacturers.
- PU manufacturers are allowed to supply DSPUC components to other teams
- They must comply with all Article C18.5 provisions to be eligible
- Components must be made available to all manufacturers on an equitable (fair and equal) basis
- Discrimination or unequal treatment between manufacturers is not permitted
