All F1 teams must buy the same standard parts from official suppliers at the same price. These parts can't change for two years, except when the FIA approves updates to make them more reliable or cheaper.

• All teams get identical technical specifications from DSPUC suppliers
• Teams must receive the same commercial terms and pricing
• Specifications remain fixed for two calendar years
• Only reliability improvements or cost reductions can be made with FIA approval
