In Simple Terms
F1 teams must have all required wheel bodywork components installed and in the correct groups before they make any cosmetic adjustments or modifications. The FIA checks that everything is properly fitted before teams are allowed to proceed with trimming, combining, or other finishing work.
- All wheel bodywork components must be present and properly fitted after assembly
- Bodywork is organized into specified groups that must all be accounted for
- Compliance is checked independently before any trim, combination, fillet, or aperture modifications are allowed
- This inspection happens before cosmetic or structural adjustments can be made to the wheels

Bodywork subject to Wheel Bodywork Assembly must be classified under specified groups. All Bodywork in C3.14 must be present and fitted after Assembly. Compliance assessed independently before Trim, Combination, Fillet and Aperture operations.
