In Simple Terms
The F-Scoop outlet is a small opening on the front of the car that lets air escape. It can't be bigger than 15,000mm² (about the size of a large postcard), must be positioned behind a certain point on the car, above a minimum height, and stay at least 18cm away from the car's centerline.
- Maximum outlet area of 15,000mm² to control airflow efficiency
- Must be positioned rearward of XW=100 and above ZW=-50 (specific location coordinates)
- Outlet must be at least 180mm away from the car's centerline (YW axis)
- Outlet serves only for air efflux (air exiting), not intake
