In Simple Terms
F1 teams can use metal parts on their car's floor, but these parts can't be sharp or dangerous to other drivers. The race officials can tell a team to change or remove any metal components that could injure competitors or damage their cars.
- Metal components on the floor are allowed but must be safe for all drivers
- The Technical Delegate has authority to order modifications or removal of dangerous metallic parts
- Safety is the priority - any component posing a risk to competitors can be restricted
- Teams must comply with safety requests or face potential penalties

Metallic components used in Floor Bodywork must not pose risk to other competitors. Technical Delegate may ask F1 Team to modify or remove metallic components that may pose such risk.
