MGU-K Rotational Speed Limit

The MGU-K (Motor Generator Unit-Kinetic) is a hybrid energy recovery system on F1 cars. This rule limits how fast the internal parts of the MGU-K can spin relative to each other - they can't exceed 60,000 revolutions per minute.
