Danger High Voltage Marking

In Simple Terms
F1 cars must have special warning symbols and bright orange coloring on their high-voltage electrical components to make them easily recognizable and safe. This applies to the main electrical enclosure, the MGU-K (the hybrid power unit), and any other high-voltage boxes on the car.
- The ES Main Enclosure, MGU-K, and external HV boxes must display ISO 7010 'Danger High Voltage' warning symbols
- At least 70% of the ES Main Enclosure's outer surface must be orange colored
- These markings ensure safety by making high-voltage components immediately visible and identifiable to personnel
- The requirement applies to all high-voltage electrical systems on the car

The ES Main Enclosure, MGU-K and any HV box residing outside the ES main enclosure must be marked with a "Danger High Voltage" symbol according to ISO 7010. In addition to that, at least 70% of the ES Main Enclosure external surface must be orange coloured.
