Accident data access

After any crash or incident, F1 teams must immediately give the FIA access to their car's Accident Data Recorder (ADR) - basically a black box that records what happened. The FIA gets to keep a copy for their investigation, and the team also receives a copy of the data.

• Teams must provide immediate access to the Accident Data Recorder following any accident or incident
• The FIA retains a copy of the ADR data for official investigation and analysis
• Teams also receive a copy of their own accident data for review
• This requirement applies at any time after an accident occurs
