In Simple Terms
When teams share their financial information with F1's cost cap officials, that information is kept strictly confidential. Only the people who absolutely need to see it for their work will have access to it.
- Financial data shared by teams is protected and kept confidential
- Only authorized officials with a legitimate need can access the information
- The Cost Cap Administration, Adjudication Panel, and ICA all follow strict confidentiality procedures
- Information is shared on a 'need-to-know' basis only

The Cost Cap Administration, Cost Cap Adjudication Panel, and the ICA will have appropriate procedures in place to maintain the confidentiality of any Confidential Information provided by an F1 Team and will ensure that such Confidential Information is shared only on a need-to-know basis.
