Article D10.2.4
Late Submission Notice - Non-Submission Breach
Chapter: D10
In Simple Terms
If a team that was already late submitting their cost cap documents fails to provide a proper written response or doesn't submit everything by the extended deadline, they've broken the rules and will face a formal hearing before the Cost Cap Adjudication Panel.
- Teams already flagged as 'Late Submitting' get a second chance to respond and submit documentation
- Failure to respond adequately or meet the extended deadline triggers a formal breach
- The Cost Cap Adjudication Panel will review the case and determine appropriate penalties
- This is a serious compliance violation in the cost cap regulations
Official FIA Text
