In Simple Terms
If a team fails to submit required cost cap documentation to the FIA, they face mandatory deduction of Constructors' Championship points. The panel can also add financial penalties and/or other sporting penalties on top of the points deduction.
- Non-Submission Breach occurs when a team doesn't submit required cost cap information
- Constructors' Championship points deduction is mandatory
- Financial penalties may be imposed in addition to points deduction
- Other material sporting penalties can be applied at the panel's discretion

In the event the Cost Cap Adjudication Panel determines that an F1 Team has committed a Non-Submission Breach, the Panel shall impose a Constructors' Championship points deduction and additionally may impose a Financial Penalty and/or other appropriate Material Sporting Penalties.
