Breach Categories - Individual F1 Team Members

In Simple Terms
Individual team members like drivers and engineers can't be penalized under the same rule categories that apply to teams. However, teams are fully responsible for everything their staff does, meaning the team faces consequences if any of their personnel break the rules.
- Individual team members are not subject to the same breach categories as F1 Teams
- F1 Teams bear full responsibility for the actions of all their personnel
- This includes all F1 Activities Personnel (drivers, engineers, mechanics, etc.)
- The team, not the individual, receives penalties for personnel misconduct

The categories of breach applicable to F1 Teams do not apply to Individual F1 Team Members. However, F1 Teams are strictly responsible for any actions of their F1 Activities Personnel, which include Individual F1 Team Members.
