Suspended Sanctions - Individual Members

If a team member breaks cost cap rules, the FIA's Cost Cap Adjudication Panel can pause their punishment for a set time or indefinitely. However, they must follow specific conditions during this suspension period. If they break those conditions, the original punishment can be enforced.

• The Cost Cap Adjudication Panel has the power to suspend sanctions temporarily or permanently
• Suspension is conditional - the penalized individual must comply with specified rules during the suspension
• Violations of suspension conditions can result in the original sanction being reinstated
• This applies specifically to individual F1 team members (not teams)
