In Simple Terms
Teams must give the Cost Cap officials immediate access to their electronic devices and login information so they can check if teams are spending money fairly. If a team disagrees with this request, the devices get locked up but not examined until the dispute is settled. Refusing or failing to comply counts as breaking the rules.
- Teams must provide immediate access to electronic devices and login credentials to Cost Cap Administration
- Teams can object to the request, but devices must still be secured during the objection process
- Data cannot be accessed while an objection is being resolved
- Refusal or failure to comply is classified as a Procedural Breach with potential penalties
