Composition of Cost Cap Adjudication Panel

In Simple Terms
The Cost Cap Adjudication Panel is the group that decides if teams have broken F1's spending rules. It has between 6 and 12 judges who are chosen by the FIA from candidates suggested by teams or the FIA itself.
- Panel size ranges from minimum 6 to maximum 12 judges
- Judges are elected by the FIA General Assembly
- Candidates are proposed by FIA Sport Members or groups of 5+ F1 Teams
- This panel has the authority to adjudicate cost cap violations

The Cost Cap Adjudication Panel comprises minimum six and maximum twelve judges elected by the FIA General Assembly from candidates proposed by FIA Sport Members or a group of not less than five F1 Teams.
