Hearing Closure
Chapter: D9
In Simple Terms
Once the team being investigated gets the final chance to speak, the hearing is officially closed. After that point, no new evidence or arguments can be submitted unless the judges specifically decide to reopen the hearing.
- The hearing ends after the Respondent (accused team) makes their final statement
- No additional evidence or submissions are allowed once closed
- Only the judging panel can reopen the hearing if needed
- This ensures a fair conclusion to the investigation process
Official FIA Text
