Court Determinations Binding
Chapter: D9
In Simple Terms
Once a court or tribunal makes a final decision in a case where you were involved, you can't argue against the facts they determined. This rule applies once any appeals have been exhausted and the decision is final.
- Court or tribunal decisions are binding on all parties involved
- You cannot dispute the facts that were determined in the court's ruling
- This only applies once the decision is final and no appeals are pending
- Protects the integrity of the legal process by preventing re-litigation of settled facts
