Middle East Conflict Forces Cancellation of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia Races
The ongoing Middle East conflict has led to the cancellation of two major Formula 1 events. Both the Bahrain Grand Prix and Saudi Arabia Grand Prix, which were slated for next month, will no longer take place.

The escalating situation in the Middle East has resulted in the cancellation of two key fixtures from the 2026 Formula 1 calendar. The Bahrain Grand Prix and the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix, both scheduled to occur next month, will not proceed as originally planned due to the regional conflict.
This development removes two significant races from the season's schedule and represents a notable disruption to the championship's planned itinerary. The decision reflects the serious geopolitical circumstances affecting the region and the consequent need to postpone these high-profile motorsport events.
